Hello Karola, The first sentence seems to be the good one. WHOSE is a possessive and you speak about the colours of the paintings, so it's ok. I think you could say: There were many paintings the colours of which had faded. But I'm not sure of that since it sounds a bit awkward. I hope it helps you1 point -

I'm afraid that's not possible, Mahmoud. To BE an English native speaker you need to be born into an English-speaking family. There is no need to be a native speaker to be able to communicate in English effectively. You just have to study the right way and be determined and patient.1 point
