I absolutely loved this course! Having taken several English tense courses before, I can confidently say that none of them explained the practical use cases as effectively as Minoo did in this boot camp. Her clear explanations and engaging teaching style made complex concepts easy to understand. I highly recommend this course to learners of all levels! Dev, USA

English Tenses Bootcamp: Curriculum & Reviews

This English Tenses Bootcamp really has helped me to improve my English in daily usage in a short time. During the 7 week course, I have gained more confidence communicating with others as well as understanding them in English. My writing in English has improved too. I strongly recommend this English Tenses Bootcamp for everyone who has some issues with English Tenses. It suits from the beginner level till the advance. The material is really easy to understand. It is divided into weekly presentations according to tense complexity and has many practical exercises. Practical exercises truly helped me to improve my listening, writing, pronunciation and speaking skills. Of course, I have to admit that you will need to dedicate some time daily and follow the recommendations strictly on how to study the material on English Tenses Bootcamp to achieve these improvements within 2 months. Thank you so much, Minoo, for this opportunity. Regards, Arturas (Lithuania)

English Tenses Bootcamp: Curriculum & Reviews

I am someone who does not like to learn grammar; every time I would start learning, I would start to feel sleepy, like in school when you listened to boring material and realized that your head was falling off from fatigue, then you waited for a break to go play. At fifty years old, I react the same to any form of learning. That's why I am delighted with this course, as it's the first time that learning has kept me awake. Instead of spending hours writing down rules on how to form grammatical sentences and creating examples, you practice listening and speaking in everyday conversations, playing with tenses through the story. You are feeling more and more comfortable speaking every moment. That way you can do housework or exercise and, at the same time, practice speaking tenses. I realized that this way I think less about what I am saying, and it becomes more natural for me to speak English. I also spend more time with English that way because it seems fun, and after a while, you have a feeling of progress. Everyone will experience this course in their own way; this is my experience, as someone who doesn't like to learn but likes to master new knowledge naturally. After a while you can always come back to the course and refresh your knowledge. Thank you so much, Minoo, for creating such a wonderful course. I will continue to go through it many more times until I completely stop thinking about why I said something and start just speaking. Maja, Croatia

English Tenses Bootcamp: Curriculum & Reviews

The English language is evolving at an unprecedented pace, making it essential to keep one's knowledge current in written and spoken forms. For those like me, who aspire to achieve native-like proficiency in both areas, this has become a challenge—especially in a non-native country where Swedish is the primary language used daily. To overcome this challenge, I decided to enrol in Anglolink's online English course to refresh my understanding of various aspects of the English language, including grammar, all the English tenses, pronunciation, phrasal verbs, conditional sentences, subject-verb agreement, and a host of other aspects, which I had studied during my schooling but had since forgotten. The headteacher, Minoo, introduced me to the following four techniques for mastering English tenses, which are now universally adopted in any language learning course. 1. Spaced repetition. 2. Oral drilling. 3. Writing and getting feedback. 4. Speaking and getting feedback. This structured approach to the course kept all the participants engaged and enthusiastic about attending the online classes regularly. I had been sailing the seas for eleven years before arriving in Sweden sometime during the 1980s. I had many sealife memories to share with my family and friends, which inspired me to begin writing my seafaring memoirs in 2014. I had them proofread by Minoo, which greatly enhanced my vocabulary and storytelling skills. I intend to continue my online classes with Anglolink until I am fully confident with all the aspects of the English language. Sajjad Gothenburg, Sweden.

    Oral drills 2 - Exercise 2

    Version 1.0.0

    55 downloads

There are 23 exercises in this file (Exercise 2). - Listen to an answer. - Formulate your question. - Repeat the correct question. How to use the drills effectively: - You can read the answers first in the PDF copy before you start the oral drills, but don't write/type the questions down. - Make sure that when you're doing the drills, you're not looking at the PDF transcript anymore. - If necessary, the first time, stop the recording to give yourself time to formulate your question. - Repeat the drills as many times as necessary (over the next days for 20-30 minutes a day) until you can formulate your question without hesitation in the silent gap provided. RECOMMENDATION: When you have done both Oral Drills 1 and 2 a few times, circle back to Steps 1, 2 & 3: Review Lesson > Oral Quiz > Listen to the passage. Notice how much easier the lesson, the quiz, and understanding the passage are now compared to a few days ago.
