Hi Folks :)

A new exclusive video is available. Check it out now:

Phrasal verbs and expressions with the verb 'take'

Although you don't necessarily need to use lots of phrasal verbs to speak well, the more phrasal verbs you know, the easier it will be to understand native speakers. In Intermediate Conversation Lessons, you have seen some phrasal verbs that include the verb 'take', such as 'take up' and 'take after'.

In this lesson, we're going to:

  • Review the verbs you already know in new contexts.
  • Learn some more phrasal verbs and also some common expressions with 'take'.
  • End with a gap-filling exercise to help your assimilation of these verbs and expressions.
