Hello and welcome on the course, Roger!

There's no difference: Spoken English is what we use in oral conversation situations. Spoken English has its own unique features related to pronunciation such as contractions, weak forms, and phonetic links. Also, there are colloquial (slang) expressions in spoken English that are only appropriate for conversation with friends and family, but not with people we do not know very well.

I hope I've answered your question and happy studies!
