What does the next sentence mean? 

I pay a monthly visit to my parents.

Does it mean that he pay for tickets or hotel, so his parent can visit him

Hello Nad22,

"To pay a visit to somebody" is an expression meaning that you visit them by going to their house, whatever the means of transport. 

Nothing to do with money, despite appearances.

So, the sentence above means that he visits his parents every month.
