How to activate a grammatical structure?

After some studying, we can usually get 100% in a grammar test, but this doesn't mean we can use it reflexively straight away.
What can we do to activate a grammatical structure?

Hi, Minoo, I see only one possibility to activate a grammatical structure and this is to use it as often as possible by writing down some sentences or use this structure in a conversation. I find your grammar workshop very helpful.

I totally agree. In my experience, both as a language teacher and a language student, that's the only effective way.
