Hello everyone ;).. Please have a look at the screen shot below. Is it correct to say appointment or appointment(s)? :blink:

Elementary - > Conversations - > making and changing appointment class

Hello Mohammed,

The word "appointment" is written in singular form because the woman on the screen is talking about the appointment that she mentioned before: "No, I have another appointment at 11."

 She was talking about the only appointment she had at that time, so it is singular.

In case the confusion comes from the use of the word 'other', remember that after possessive pronouns, we use 'other' for both singular and plural possessions:

another appointment >> my  another other appointment

other appointments >> my other appointments
