At the airport

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have a question why he used plural in this dialogue at the airport. I assume he has no accompanying parson, he doesn’t need toilets more than two.

‘O.K. And, where are the toilets, please?’

Thank you.

Hello,

In public places, there is usually more than one toilet. That's why we ask where the 'toilets' are.

At someone's house, you would ask where the 'toilet' is.
