That blackbird over there in Tower (Castle) of London, I wonder how we can find its correct name?  The Common Starling - Sturnus Vulgaris.

The correct answer is in fact: I wonder how we can find its correct name.

You can think of 'how' here as word similar to a relative adverb (See Intermediate Grammar Lesson 18), or you can think of the whole phrase as an indirect question:

I ask myself: 'How can we ...?' >> I wonder how we can ...

You all got the other point correct: its (possessive adjective) NOT it's (= it is).
