Yes, 'will' is definitely correct (Conditional 1), but as this is a request, 'would' and 'could' are o.k. too. I'll ask Tom to add those as alternatives, and my apologies for the full stop!! He'll correct that too.

Hello again, Hari.

Tom has brought to my attention that I wanted the answer to be 'remind him to ......, please.' i.e. an instruction rather than a request. Therefore, he's going to leave it as it is, but your request formulation is also valid as long as you end your sentence with a question mark.
