This expression is used when you have had a major setback and need to start all over again:

The storm has demolished the pier, but the authorities have promised to pick up the pieces and rebuild it. 

Another expression can be used in this context. See if you can find it:

The pier was rebuilt only five years ago, so we're .................... to ...................... one!

Hello, guys, haven't seen you for a while! Glad to see that everything goes well and Phil wins all the battles without any fuss. To be honest, I couldn't win in the last competition, so it is. :unsure: Congrats to Phil, thanks to Minoo for these interesting riddles :)
