Whose, which

Recommended Posts

Question 10, WHOSE wording was incorrect, was taken out.

Can I use "which" insted of whose?

We saw many objects OF WHICH the origins were unknown.

Can I use OF WHOSE insted of OF WHICH?

Thank you in advance for your answer.

Hello Karolin,

Remember: whose = of which

1. 'which' alone is not enough. You can say:  Question 10, the wording of which was incorrect, was taken out.

2. Yes you can, but you don't need 'of': We saw many objects of whose origins were unknown.
