This expression encourages you to be patient because important things take time to come to fruition.

Do you know any other expressions that encourage patience?

ANSWERS:

Patience is a virtue.
Good things come to those who wait.

"Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet."  "Trees that are slow to grow bear the best fruit.”  "He that can have patience can have what he will."

Sadly I have no patience at all...

Hello there,

I found those sayings:

"The two most powerful warriors are patience and time."

"Patience is the companion of wisdom."

"One moment of patience may ward off great disaster. One moment of impatience may ruin a whole life."

And the funniest one in my opinion, from Sammy Davis, Jr: "Alcohol gives you infinite patience for stupidity." :-)
